I’m a Biomedical Engineering and Business student at UT Austin interested in M&A, financial advisory, and growth equity. I enjoy analyzing how capital structure, valuation, deal strategy, and regulatory structures (Intellectual Property/Anti-trust) affect value in Healthcare/Biotechnology/BCIs, Aerospace/Satellite/Launch Vehicles, and Semiconductor Innovation. Outside of professional interests, I enjoy watching and playing basketball, cricket, and soccer. I also like spending time with my family and having debates about all kinds of topics with other people.
